Petrobras Announces Monetary Adjustment of Shareholder Remuneration for 2025 Fiscal Year
PetrΓ³leo Brasileiro S.A. β Petrobras has announced the monetary adjustment of shareholder remuneration for the 2025 Fiscal Year. The company will make the second installment payment of remuneration to shareholders related to the fourth quarter of 2025 on June 22, 2026. The record date for this payment is April 22, 2026. The payment will be in the form of interest on capital, with the gross value per share adjusted by the Selic rate from December 31, 2025, to June 22, 2026. Income tax will be levied on both the interest on capital and the monetary adjustment, in accordance with current tax legislation. Payments will be processed by Banco Bradesco S.A. for most shareholders, with specific arrangements for shareholders with custody in B3 and holders of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) through JP Morgan Chase.
