Petrobras Announces Financial Settlement for Tupi Shared Reservoir Redetermination

Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras has completed the financial settlements related to the first redetermination of the Tupi Shared Reservoir. Following the approval of the Fourth Addendum to the Production Individualization Agreement (AIP), Petrobras's participation share increased from 67.216% to 67.457% as of December 1, 2025. On March 31, 2026, Petrobras received approximately R$ 3 billion from consortium partners Shell Brasil Petróleo Ltda. and Petrogal Brasil S.A., and paid approximately R$ 600 million to the Federal Government. These amounts were recognized in the 4Q25 financial statements. The compensation covers expenses and revenues related to produced volumes up to the AIP addendum's effective date, in accordance with the Expenses and Volumes Equalization Agreement.
