Petrobras Announces Executive Board Changes

Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras announced changes within its Executive Board. The Board of Directors approved the early termination of Claudio Romeo Schlosser's term as Chief Logistics, Commercialization and Markets Officer, effective immediately. Angélica Laureano has been appointed as the new Chief Logistics, Commercialization and Markets Officer, with her term effective April 7, 2026, and unified until April 2027. Additionally, William França, the Chief Industrial Processes and Products Officer, will temporarily assume the duties of Chief Energy Transition and Sustainability Officer, a role previously held by Angélica Laureano. These changes were approved in a board meeting held on April 6, 2026.
