Plains GP Holdings LP 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

The 2026 annual meeting of Plains GP Holdings, L.P. (PAGP) shareholders was held on May 20, 2026. Shareholders voted on three matters: the election of four Class I directors, the ratification of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal year 2026, and a non-binding advisory vote on 2025 named executive officer compensation. All three proposals were approved by the shareholders. Willie Chiang, Ellen DeSanctis, Alexandra Pruner, and Larry Ziemba were elected as Class I directors. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was ratified as the independent auditor with 98.7% of the votes cast in favor. The 2025 named executive officer compensation was approved on a non-binding advisory basis with 64.4% of the votes cast in favor. Approximately 83.5% of the total shares entitled to vote were represented at the meeting.
