Amendment to Secured Credit Facility

Blue Owl Technology Finance Corp. announced an amendment to its secured credit facility through its subsidiary, ORTF Funding I LLC. Amendment No. 3, effective December 17, 2025, extends the Reinvestment Period to November 16, 2028, and the Scheduled Maturity Date to November 16, 2030. Additionally, the spread on the facility has been reduced from 2.400% to 2.00%. This amendment also modifies the Credit Agreement and Margining Agreement originally dated November 16, 2021.
