Open Text Corporation has announced a change to its board of directors. Jill Larsen has been appointed to the board, effective immediately. Ms. Larsen brings extensive experience in human resources and executive compensation, having previously held C-suite positions at Synopsys, Inc., PTC, Medidata, Cisco Systems, EMC, and SunGard. She holds a B.A. in Communications & English from Boston College and an M.S. in HR Management from Emmanuel College, and is a certified Professional in Human Resources. Concurrently, Kristen Ludgate has resigned from the board for personal reasons.
