OneMedNet Corporation 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and Board Appointment

OneMedNet Corporation held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on December 17, 2025. The meeting saw 79.87% of outstanding shares represented, establishing a quorum. Stockholders approved the election of Robert Golden and Andrew Zeinfeld as Class II Directors, whose terms will expire at the 2028 Annual Meeting.
