Termination of CMB Credit Facility

BeOne Medicines Ltd. has fully repaid its outstanding obligations under the China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. (CMB) Credit Facility as of December 16, 2025. This repayment was funded by borrowings under a separate Facilities Agreement. Consequently, all commitments for further credit under the CMB Credit Facility have been terminated, along with all related guarantees and security interests. The company did not incur any termination penalties. This action follows a previous disclosure on November 19, 2025, regarding the Facilities Agreement.
