Resignation of Director and Appointment of New Director

Ohmyhome Limited announced changes to its board of directors. Mr. Henliyanto Ngadini resigned as an Independent Director and Chair of the Nomination Committee, effective June 12, 2026. His resignation was not due to any disagreements with the company's operations. Concurrently, Mr. Wong Tai Kok was appointed as an Independent Director and Chair of the Nomination Committee, also effective June 12, 2026. Mr. Wong brings over 5 years of experience in finance, having previously worked as a senior bookkeeper and an external financial consultant. He holds a Diploma in Accounting. Mr. Wong has been offered a compensation of US$10,000 per year, and the company will provide reimbursement for reasonable expenses incurred in his duties. The appointment is subject to annual re-appointment by the Board of Directors.
