OMA Announces Annual Shareholders Meeting with Ps.4.9 Billion Dividend Proposal

Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V. (OMA) has called its Annual General Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting to be held on April 24, 2026. The Board of Directors will present a proposal for declaration and payment of a cash dividend of Ps.4,900 million. Key agenda items include review of fiscal year 2025 financial reports, allocation of results, increase of reserves, approval of share repurchase amounts, and ratification/appointment of board members and committee chairs. The meeting will address reports from the Board of Directors, CEO, and External Auditor regarding the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. Shareholders must obtain entry passes and can attend in person or through authorized representatives. The company operates 13 international airports in Mexico and is part of VINCI Airports since December 2022.
