ONEOK, Inc. Announces Annual Shareholder Meeting Results

At the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 20, 2026, ONEOK, Inc. shareholders voted on three proposals. All director nominees were elected for a one-year term. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was ratified as the independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2026. Shareholders also approved a non-binding resolution on the Company’s executive compensation program.
