ONE Gas, Inc. Increases Commercial Paper Program to $1.5 Billion

ONE Gas, Inc. announced on December 19, 2025, that it has increased its commercial paper program. Effective December 17, 2025, the aggregate principal amount of commercial paper notes that may be outstanding at any time has been raised to $1.50 billion from the previous limit of $1.35 billion. All other terms and conditions of the commercial paper program, including the Commercial Paper Dealer Agreement, remain unchanged and are incorporated by reference from a previous filing on September 10, 2014. The commercial paper notes are not registered under the Securities Act of 1933 and cannot be offered or sold in the United States without registration or an applicable exemption.
