Osisko Gold Group Inc. Announces Corporate Structure Changes

Osisko Gold Group Inc. (formerly Osisko Development Corp.) has officially changed its corporate structure. Effective July 14, 2026, the company changed its name to Osisko Gold Group Inc. and moved its registered office province from Québec to Ontario. This change was approved by shareholders on June 23, 2026. The company’s new trading symbol is "OGG" across the TSX Venture Exchange, New York Stock Exchange, and Nasdaq. Correspondingly, new CUSIP and ISIN numbers have been assigned to the company’s common shares and warrants. These changes were formally reported via a Material Change Report filed on July 20, 2026, following a news release on July 15, 2026.
