Owens Corning Announces Executive Promotions

Owens Corning has announced the promotion of Todd W. Fister to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Operating Officer, effective May 1, 2026. Mr. Fister, previously the Chief Financial Officer since September 2023 and President of Insulation since July 2019, will now oversee both operational and financial leadership while the company searches for a new CFO. His new role includes a base salary of $850,000, a target annual cash incentive of 100% of his base salary, and an increased long-term incentive award target of $3,500,000 starting in 2027. Additionally, he will receive a $1,000,000 restricted stock unit award, vesting over two years. Gina A.
