Nexstar Media Group, Inc. held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 16, 2026. Shareholders voted to elect all nine director nominees, approve the executive compensation of named executive officers, ratify PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for 2026, and approve the 2026 Long-Term Omnibus Incentive Plan. A quorum was established with 28,662,649 shares present or represented by proxy out of 30,538,965 outstanding shares as of the record date.
