Transaction in Own Shares by NatWest Group plc

NatWest Group plc announced on December 22, 2025, that it has purchased 882,353 ordinary shares of £1.0769 nominal value each from Merrill Lynch International (BofA) as part of its ongoing share buyback program. These repurchased shares are intended to be cancelled.
