Transaction in Own Shares

NatWest Group plc announced on April 2, 2026, that it has purchased a total of 585,080 ordinary shares from UBS AG, London Branch, as part of its ongoing share buyback program. The purchases were made on March 30 and March 31, 2026, with prices ranging from GBp 534.00 to GBp 550.00. The volume-weighted average price per share was approximately GBp 542.74. These repurchased shares are intended to be cancelled. Following these transactions, NatWest Group will hold 194,949,527 ordinary shares in treasury, with 7,981,138,520 ordinary shares remaining in issue.
