NatWest Group plc Transaction in Own Shares

NatWest Group plc announced on December 19, 2025, that it has purchased 1,215,751 ordinary shares of £1.0769 nominal value each from Merrill Lynch International (BofA). The purchases were made under the company's existing share buyback program, with the highest price paid being GBp 648.00 and the lowest price paid being GBp 638.00. The volume-weighted average price paid per share was GBp 642.79. These repurchased shares are intended to be cancelled.
