Power of Attorney for Section 16 and Other SEC Reporting Purposes

This filing is a Power of Attorney granted by Tonya Stevens, Chief Financial Officer of Navitas Semiconductor Corp (NVTS), to Matthew Sant, Rachel Roepke, and Doa Yang. The attorneys-in-fact are authorized to prepare, execute, and file Section 16 reports (Forms 3, 4, and 5) and Rule 144 filings on behalf of Ms. Stevens.
