Nova Minerals Limited has announced details regarding upcoming Scheme Meetings for Shareholders and Listed Warrantholders. The meetings will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026, both in person and online. Shareholders registered by May 27, 2026, and Listed Warrantholders registered by May 21, 2026, are eligible to vote. The Scheme Booklet, containing notices of meeting and an Independent Expert's Report, recommends in favor of the Share Scheme and Warrant Scheme, provided the Independent Expert continues to find them in the best interests of the respective parties. Directors also intend to vote in favor of the schemes. The company is focused on advancing the Estelle Gold and Critical Minerals Project in Alaska and developing a domestic antimony supply chain.
