NETSTREIT Corp. Officer Change

NETSTREIT Corp. announced a change in its executive leadership. Sofia Chernylo has departed from her roles as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and principal accounting officer, effective September 1, 2026. This departure is amicable and not due to any disagreements regarding accounting principles or financial reporting. Concurrently, the Board of Directors has appointed Matthew Fennewald as the new Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, also effective September 1, 2026. Mr. Fennewald, who joined the company in August 2020, has held various financial roles within NETSTREIT Corp., including Vice President of Corporate Controller. His prior experience includes positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Crowe Horwath LLP. Mr. Fennewald is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Science in Auditing and Financial Accounting from the University of North Texas. There are no new material agreements or arrangements between Mr. Fennewald and the Company in connection with his appointment.
