Form 8-K Filing: Appointment of Tarkan Maner as President and Chief Commercial Officer

Nutanix, Inc. has announced the appointment of Tarkan Maner as President and Chief Commercial Officer, effective December 18, 2025. Mr. Maner, aged 56, has been with Nutanix since November 2019 and previously held leadership positions at Nexenta Systems, Wyse Technology, Dell, CA Technologies, IBM, and Sterling Software. He also serves on several boards. His current compensation arrangements remain unchanged, and there are no undisclosed arrangements or family relationships relevant to his appointment.
