InspireMD, Inc. Board of Directors Update

On May 20, 2026, Mr. Paul Stuka informed InspireMD, Inc. of his decision to retire from the Board of Directors at the 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, choosing not to seek reelection as a Class I director. His departure is not due to any disagreements with the Company. Mr. Stuka currently holds positions as Chair of the Board and Chair of the Compensation Committee, and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He is expected to continue in these roles until his term concludes at the 2027 Annual Meeting. The Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee is undertaking a search for suitable candidates to fill the upcoming vacancy on the Board as part of its succession planning efforts.
