Neil S. Subin Ceases to be 5% Beneficial Owner of NextNav Inc. Following Investment Management Transfer

On May 22, 2026, Neil S. Subin filed an amendment to Schedule 13D regarding his holdings in NextNav Inc. (NN). The filing serves as an exit notification for several reporting persons, including Mr. Subin, MILFAM CI LLC Spartacus, and MILFAM CI Management LLC.
