Newmark Appoints Kyle Lutnick as Chief Strategy Officer

Newmark Group, Inc. announced the appointment of Kyle S. Lutnick, 30, as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), a newly created executive officer position. In this role, Mr. Lutnick will collaborate with management to shape the firm's strategic and transformation agenda, focusing on data, artificial intelligence (AI), technology, and growth in strategic accounts and platforms. He will report to the Chief Operating Officer, Luis Alvarado. A new management-level Strategy Committee has been established, and Mr. Lutnick will also serve on the Company's Executive Committee. He retains his position as a director since February 2025 and continues his role as Executive Vice Chairman of Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. Previously, he was Global Managing Director of Knotel, Inc. and part of Newmark's retail advisory team. Mr. Lutnick will receive an annual salary of $500,000, with eligibility for incentive bonuses and long-term incentive plan awards. His employment is at-will. There are no additional family relationships or transactions requiring disclosure beyond what has been previously reported.
