NewGenIVF Group Limited Enters Strategic Investment Agreement with K25.ai

NewGenIVF Group Limited announced a strategic investment agreement with K25.ai, an AI-powered watch-to-predict platform led by Andy Cheung. The agreement includes an initial investment of US$2 million at a US$100 million pre-money valuation, with an option for NewGenIVF to invest up to an additional US$10 million. K25.ai combines AI, live-streaming, and creator communities for prediction markets in APAC. NewGenIVF will also act as an exclusive agent for K25.ai's services in several APAC markets, earning commissions on generated gross profit. The partnership aims to provide NewGenIVF with exposure to emerging AI and prediction market trends in the APAC region. K25.ai will nominate three independent directors to NewGenIVF's board. The transaction is subject to definitive agreements and closing conditions. K25.ai's services are not offered to U.S. persons or in mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau.
