Schedule 13D Filing by Lamor Blossom Limited and Yanto for AIOS Tech Inc.

Lamor Blossom Limited ("LBL") and Yanto have jointly filed a Schedule 13D regarding their beneficial ownership of AIOS Tech Inc. common shares. LBL, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, acquired 21,185,000 Class A common shares of AIOS Tech Inc. on March 6, 2026, for $8,474,000, funded by Yanto's personal funds. This acquisition represents 32.6% of the issuer's outstanding Class A common shares. Yanto, an Indonesian citizen, is the sole shareholder of LBL and therefore also deemed to beneficially own these shares. The Reporting Persons acquired the shares for investment purposes and intend to review their investment continuously, potentially engaging in communications with the issuer and considering future transactions. They have no present plans for actions specified in clauses (a) through (j) of Item 4 of Schedule 13D, other than those disclosed. The filing also includes a warrant to purchase additional shares.
