NexMetals Mining Corp. Announces Board Changes and Director Nominees

NexMetals Mining Corp. has announced that Chris Leavy and James Gowans will not be standing for re-election at the upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders on May 27, 2026. Their departures are not due to any disagreements with the company. Keith Marshall, a mining engineer with over 45 years of experience, has agreed to stand for election to the Board. Following the meeting, the Board intends to appoint Mr. Marshall to the Safety, Sustainability and Technical Committee. The company also announced the grant of 44,800 incentive stock options to Nisha Hasan of NH IR Advisory Corp. for investor relations services.
