Director Resignation

Ms. Kristin Holth has resigned from her position as Director of Noble Corporation plc, effective at the start of the 2026 Annual General Meeting. She will not seek re-election. Her departure is not due to any disagreements with the company or its management. The Board expressed gratitude for her service and contributions.
