Neo-Concept International Group Holdings Ltd. announced changes to its Board of Directors, effective March 31, 2026. Mr. Mark Gary Singer resigned from his positions as Director, Chairman, and member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance, Audit, and Compensation Committees. Mr. Singer's resignation was not due to any disagreements with the Company. Concurrently, Mr. Chun Kwok Wong was appointed as the Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
