Amendment to Schedule 13D Filing

JPMorgan Chase & Co. and DNT Asset Trust have filed an amendment to their Schedule 13D, reporting the sale of all Variable Rate Muni Term Preferred Shares of BlackRock Munivest Fund II, Inc. The sale occurred on February 19, 2026, in an open market transaction. As a result of this transaction, the Reporting Persons no longer own any Preferred Shares of the Issuer and have ceased to be the beneficial owner of more than five percent of the class of securities. All voting and financing arrangements related to the Preferred Shares have been terminated.
