Appointment of Ofer Sela to the Board of Directors and Audit Committee

Maris-Tech Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Ofer Sela to its Board of Directors as a Class III director, effective immediately and until the 2027 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Sela will fill a vacancy on the Board and has also been appointed to the Audit Committee, replacing Mr. Amitay Weiss, who will continue as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Sela, 72, has a background in real estate sales management and holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from Bar-Ilan University. The Board has determined that Mr. Sela is qualified and independent according to Nasdaq and SEC rules. Maris-Tech Ltd. expects to enter into a standard indemnification agreement with Mr. Sela.
