Middlesex Water Company Appoints Robert Hoglund to Board and Amends Executive Employment Agreements

Middlesex Water Company announced the appointment of Robert Hoglund to its Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Hoglund, with extensive experience in financial leadership roles, including as CFO of Consolidated Edison, Inc., will serve on the Board's Audit Committee and Enterprise Risk Committee. The company also amended employment agreements for Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Mohammed G. Zerhouni and Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Gregory Sorensen.
