Resignation of Director

Ali Reza Manouchehri, a director of Mainstreet Bancshares, Inc. and MainStreet Bank, has resigned from the Boards of Directors of both entities, effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Manouchehri is stepping down to focus full-time on his role at Metrostar Systems LLC, a government contracting company recently acquired by Veritas Capital. He expressed gratitude for his time with Mainstreet and affirmed his continued support as a customer. His departure is not due to any disagreements with the company or bank. Following his resignation, the size of the Board of Directors for Mainstreet Bancshares, Inc. is expected to decrease from eleven to ten members.
