POWER OF ATTORNEY

This document details a Power of Attorney granted by Scott R. Ward, a director of Merit Medical Systems, Inc. (the "Company"), to Brian G. Lloyd, Raul Parra Jr., and Matthew C. Fleming. The attorneys-in-fact are authorized to act on Mr. Ward's behalf concerning his obligations as an officer, director, or stockholder of the Company. This includes preparing and filing necessary documents with the SEC, such as Forms 3, 4, 5, Schedules 13D and 13G, and Forms 144, utilizing the EDGAR system. They are also empowered to manage Mr. Ward's EDGAR account, obtain information about Company securities transactions from third parties, and generally perform any acts necessary to comply with Section 13 or Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 144 of the Securities Act of 1933. The Power of Attorney revokes previous authorizations and remains in effect until Mr. Ward is no longer required to file these specific forms, or until earlier revoked. Mr. Ward acknowledges that this does not relieve him of his compliance responsibilities.
