Big Digital Energy, Inc. Forms Joint Venture for Datacenter Development

Big Digital Energy, Inc. ("Big Digital") has entered into a joint venture with 10NetZero, Inc. ("10NZ") to acquire, own, and develop a real estate property in Hood County, Texas. The joint venture, Texas Load House, LLC, will initially be 50% owned by Big Digital and 50% by 10NZ. The partnership has acquired 30 acres of the 50-acre site for approximately $10 million, with an option to purchase the remaining land. The site features existing structures and infrastructure, including 17 MW of operational power, with potential for expansion up to 300 MW. Big Digital has provided a $4.9 million loan to 10NZ, which, if not repaid by maturity, could result in Big Digital acquiring 10NZ's stake. Big Digital will initially manage the joint venture's operations. The company also announced this acquisition via a press release on July 20, 2026, detailing the site's potential for AI and high-performance computing applications.
