Mangoceuticals, Inc. Enters Master Services Agreement with Cube Operations LLC

Mangoceuticals, Inc. (the "Company"), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Mango DAT, LLC ("Mango DAT"), has entered into a Master Services Agreement with Cube Operations LLC ("Cube"). The agreement, effective December 17, 2025, grants Mango DAT access to Cube's proprietary platform (www.cube.exchange) for securely storing, managing, and administering digital assets using an MPC Wallet. Cube will also provide discretionary asset management services for Solana tokens that Mango DAT plans to acquire. An accompanying Order Form details a tiered monthly management fee based on assets under management, plus a 2% annual management fee on the initial deposit of Solana tokens and subsequent 30-day average Net Asset Value (NAV), with a minimum monthly fee of $2,500. Mango DAT also has the option to acquire other assets managed by Cube under the agreement. The company announced this agreement via a press release on December 19, 2025.
