Magnite Appoints New CFO and CAO

Magnite, Inc. announced the appointment of Brian Gephart as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 1, 2026. Gephart, previously the Chief Accounting Officer, has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience, including executive roles at Leaf Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He will receive an equity award valued at $2.25 million. The company also appointed Haas Sullivan as Chief Accounting Officer (CAO), effective October 1, 2026. Sullivan, formerly Vice President of Accounting at Magnite, has extensive experience in accounting roles within the company and at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He will receive an equity award of approximately $600,000. Both appointments were effective as of September 18, 2026, with a press release issued on September 21, 2026. The company also amended severance agreements for both executives.
