Spectral AI, Inc. Appoints David McGuire as Chief Financial Officer

Spectral AI, Inc. has appointed David McGuire as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective May 4, 2026. Mr. McGuire brings over 20 years of extensive experience in finance and accounting, including significant expertise in financial reporting, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, capital markets, and finance transformation. Previously, he served as Chief Accounting Officer at Solo Brands, Inc. and Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer at EZCORP, Inc. He also spent 14 years at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. McGuire holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant. His compensation package includes an annual base salary of $330,000, eligibility for an annual bonus of up to 30% of his base salary, and a stock option grant to acquire 150,000 shares of common stock, which will vest over three years with accelerated vesting upon a change of control.
