Bingzhong Wang Increases Stake in Metalpha Technology Holding Ltd via In-Kind Distribution

This Amendment No. 3 to Schedule 13D, filed on May 14, 2026, reports an increase in the beneficial ownership of Metalpha Technology Holding Ltd (MATH) by Reporting Persons Bingzhong Wang and Xisha Hu. On May 12, 2026, Mr. Wang, the Issuer's CEO and Chairman, received 434,520 Ordinary Shares through an in-kind distribution from LSQ Management Limited, a shareholder of which he is a member.
