Lloyds Banking Group plc announces the purchase of 7,000,000 ordinary shares on 14 July 2026, as part of its ongoing share buyback program. The shares were bought from Goldman Sachs International at a volume-weighted average price of 110.9025 pence per share. The highest price paid was 112.4500 pence and the lowest was 109.1500 pence. These transactions were executed under the instructions issued on 29 January 2026. The Company intends to cancel the acquired shares.
