Lloyds Banking Group plc has reported its capitalisation and indebtedness as of March 31, 2026. The total equity amounts to Β£48,231 million, comprising ordinary shareholders' equity (Β£42,072 million), other equity instruments (Β£5,947 million), and non-controlling interests (Β£212 million). The total indebtedness is Β£104,912 million, consisting of subordinated liabilities (Β£8,868 million) and total debt securities (Β£96,044 million). The total capitalisation and indebtedness stand at Β£153,143 million. Notably, on April 16, 2026, the Group issued GBP 500 million of subordinated liabilities. As of March 31, 2026, all indebtedness was unsecured, except for Β£18.5 billion in securitisation notes and covered bonds, and Β£1.1 billion in debt securities issued by asset-backed conduits. There have been no significant changes in the capitalisation table since March 31, 2026.
