LSB Industries, Inc. Litigation Settlement

LSB Industries, Inc. has entered into a Settlement and Mutual Release Agreement with Benham Constructors, LLC to resolve claims related to engineering and procurement contracts for an ammonia plant. Benham will pay LSB Industries approximately $20.9 million. Both parties will dismiss their claims against each other with prejudice. This settlement does not affect LSB Industries' ongoing claims against Leidos Inc. and Leidos Engineering, for which the company is seeking over $300 million in damages. The trial for these claims is expected to commence in October 2026. LSB Industries plans to continue vigorously prosecuting its case against Leidos.
