Luda Technology Group Limited Subsidiary Secures One-Year Sales Contract

Luda Technology Group Limited announced that its subsidiary, Shenzhen Mayi Supply Chain Limited, has entered into a one-year sales contract with Beijing Dasan Supply Chain Management Company, Limited. The contract is for the supply of rebar, wire rod, and steel pipe fittings, with a ceiling value of approximately USD 17.8 million. This agreement is expected to enhance Luda Technology's steel-products trading and supply-chain capabilities within the PRC. Shenzhen Mayi will manage procurement, quality control, logistics, and delivery, adhering to the company's established commercial and risk-management processes. The contract aims to support customer development in Mainland China and showcases the company's ability to integrate sourcing and supply chain coordination across various steel product categories. The CEO of Luda Technology highlighted this as a significant commercial milestone, emphasizing the integration of complementary product categories and the execution of procurement, quality control, and delivery at scale. The company will focus on profitable sales while managing risks related to steel prices, supply, and working capital.
