Luda Technology Group Limited Announces Changes in Financial Leadership

Luda Technology Group Limited reports the resignation of Mr. Yung Chi Man as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, due to personal reasons. The company confirmed no disagreements with Mr. Yung regarding its operations, policies, or practices. Concurrently, the Board of Directors appointed Ms. Liu Liangping as the new Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Liu, previously the Chief Operating Officer, has been with a subsidiary since April 2007 and holds extensive qualifications, including a Doctor of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also serves as the Financial Director for Genius Development Workshop Company Limited and is the spouse of Mr. Ma Biu, a director of the Company. The changes were effective October 5, 2026.
