La Rosa Holdings Corp. entered into a settlement agreement on April 3, 2026, to resolve litigation and acquire the remaining 49% ownership in its Orlando subsidiary, La Rosa Realty Orlando LLC. The company acquired the 24.5% membership interests from Reinaldo Zapata and Viviana Figueroa, making LRRO a wholly-owned subsidiary. As consideration, La Rosa forgave $106,447 allegedly owed by Zapata, forgave $152,295 in franchise fee obligations under Zapata's personal guaranty, and paid Figueroa $10,000. The agreement also includes the dismissal of pending litigation in Orange County, Florida, and mutual releases of claims between all parties.
