Logistic Properties of the Americas Lease Expansion with Scharf

Logistic Properties of the Americas (LPA) announced the expansion of its lease agreement with Scharff Logística Integrada S.A. (Scharf) at Building 100 within Parque Logístico Callao, Peru. Scharf will lease an additional 38,438 square feet, commencing June 1, 2026. This expansion, executed at double-digit rental rate growth, reflects strong demand in the supply-constrained Lima logistics submarket and LPA's strategy of capturing embedded rental growth within its existing portfolio. Scharf, a leading 3PL provider, will utilize the space for auto parts distribution. The Parque Logístico Callao offers strategic advantages with direct access to the international airport and major transportation corridors. As of March 31, 2026, LPA's portfolio includes 34 logistics facilities across Latin America.
