Loma Negra Announces Board of Directors Changes and Audit Committee Composition
Loma Negra C.I.A.S.A. reported significant changes to its Board of Directors and Audit Committee. The company announced the resignations of Paulo Sergio de Oliveira Diniz as Director and Chairman, and Laura Gé, Humberto Junqueira de Farías, Javier Enrique Patrón, Sergio Daniel Alonso, and César Javier Graña as Directors. Due to these resignations, the Supervisory Committee appointed Marcos Marcelo Mindlin, Darío Gustavo Epstein, Juan Pablo Trujillo, Diego Dayenoff, Fernando Tisné, and Gregorio Charnas as full Directors, and Andres Mindlin, Sean Mulroy, and Christopher Theuerkauf as alternate Directors.
