This agreement involves the Company's direct controlling shareholder, Intercement Trading e Inversiones Argentina S.L. ("ITI ARG"), and the pledgee creditor, Trustee Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários Ltda. The amendment aims to update the priority ranking of the pledge, reflecting the Judicial Reorganization Plan of the Company's indirect controlling shareholder, InterCement Participações S.A.
