LENSAR, Inc. Holds Annual Meeting of Stockholders

On December 18, 2025, LENSAR, Inc. convened its annual meeting of stockholders. The meeting addressed the election of three Class II directors and the ratification of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
